We Exist To:
Evangelize
those who have not yet heard or accepted the Gospel
Encourage
those who are already in the faith and facing opposition
Educate
people in the knowledge of the Scriptures and in any other area of life as needed
What We Do:
We travel across North and South America; singing, teaching, and preaching the Gospel
We record studio albums in English and Low German. We have found that music is one of the most engaging ways to reach our audience, so we sing them the Gospel
We write and translate Low German Bible resources such as Sunday School books, family devotionals and Bible studies

D'Friesens Music and More

It's been a while since we did a Family/Team Member Spotlight series and since we have gained a lot of new followers lately, we thought we would do one again. Instead of doing oldest to youngest we thought we'd go in the order of our birthdays.
Sooo... first up is the beautiful Deanna! She joined our team even before she married Andrew and has been a wonderful blessing both to our family and our audience! Her smile lights up the stage and her musical talent definitely raises our music to another level! She's a busy, loving and creative wife, mother of three darling boys and a real asset to our team. May God bless you richly, Deanna, and thank you for all you do!

Hallelujah! Nikki got released from the hospital today! She and Matthew will spend a few days in a hotel, close to the hospital and if all continues to go well, head home in time for the weekend. Praise the Lord. Thank you for praying!

Some prayer requests from Nikki. She's had a set back or two in the past few days, one of them involves having to replace her picc line (it's how she's been getting fluids dripped into her body, basically a semi permanent IV line). Healing enough to start eating again has been going slower than they hoped for. We know God has her in His hands and nothing is impossible with Him!

Quick update on Nikki:
On the previous post we said her surgery had been moved to Saturday, but apparently it got moved back to Monday! (Not sure why , but they must have their reasons!) So she's still waiting, but she's in hospital and being very well cared for in preparation for tomorrow. Thank you so much for your continued prayers!

As many of you know, our lovely Nikki, who is a part of our ministry team, is facing some challenges lately with her health. She's been surviving on a feeding tube since losing her ability to eat about a year and a half ago. She's blessed to be scheduled for a life changing surgery in the U. S. We are so thankful for God's provision and the generosity of friends, family and strangers who gave so willingly to make this possible. They are in Virginia, safe and sound! Due to a major snowstorm moving into the area her schedule has been moved ahead to tomorrow (Saturday) instead of Monday! We would appreciate your continued prayers for her, Matthew, and the doctors, that everything would go smoothly and the results would be great! She's really been struggling lately and would welcome the relief! We know with God, nothing is impossible!

First Sinstund (singing hour--literal translation!) of 2026 coming up! Everyone welcome...it's usually a bilingual music event with Plautdietsch and English Gospel and worship songs.

Our first booking of 2026 as D'Friesens was Sunday, January 4. So glad Andrew and Deanna were able to join us at a church in the Steinbach area. It's such a joy to serve with family. The kids love "helping" us practice! #dfriesensmusic #multination1985
