Dear friends and supporters,
In February last year, we had what then felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity, to participate in a Low German Caribbean cruise. While we were unsure what to expect at the time, we were incredibly blessed by the experience, fellowship, worship, and community of new friends we made. We met with people all across the Low German world, from Canada, U.S., Mexico, Bolivia, and more.
We are now excited to share that we are taking part in ANOTHER Low German ocean cruise – in February 2027. The reactions we received last year were a huge encouragement to us, and already on that ship we were asked to join another cruise in the future!
Booking for this 2027 cruise is already open, and is put on by Sail & Sing, a Christian organization who has been facilitating Christian cruises since 2012, and hosting Low German cruises for several years now. It all takes place on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship, but the entire Low German portion is organized and run by Sail & Sing (visit the Sail & Sing website here).
There will also be other music groups and guest speakers taking part! Teyahese include:

- Simply Gospel – from Orange Walk, Belize
- Ryan & Friends – from Pennsylvania, USA
- Jacob & Irma Friesen – from Cuauhtemoc, Mexico
- Pastor David & Eva Wiebe – from Chihuahua, Mexico
- Pastor Juanito Wolf – from Colony Manitoba, Mexico
Taking place February 7-14, 2027, the ship leaves from Galveston, Texas and makes three stops:
- Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico
- Roatan, Honduras
- Cozumel, Mexico
At each of these stops, Sail & Sing has optional excursions that you can sign up for to explore and take in all the beauty and history of these amazing locations. Or you can create your own adventure and explore freely!
While the whole experience was brand new in 2025, it was amazing to see so many people on the ship from around the world united in Spirit and in Truth – and in Low German! We have made many new friends from across North and South America, have had new doors opened, and received new invitations to come share our music internationally. It was also wonderful to see other cruisers interact with the Low German group; asking questions, expressing interest, and finding brothers and sisters in Christ.
