God be merciful to us and bless us, and cause His face to shine upon us, That Your way may be known on earth, your salvation among all nations.
Psalm 67:1-2
Our prayer continues to be that God’s way may be known on the earth, and His salvation accepted by all nations. That is why we do what we do!
THIS QUARTER
Highlights from the last three months

So far 2026 has been quite different for us than usual. For various reasons, we made the decision to spend the winter in our home area this year. One of these reasons was the high demand for more materials to be made available, and for that we need to be in our offices.
Another reason was to support several of our family members in their health challenges. We are pleased to say that there is substantial progress in both of those areas. Praise God for His faithfulness. We are so thankful for all the prayers and extra support we have received during this season, and are trusting that God will continue to heal, lead and provide in the future.
Despite fewer travels, we have had numerous opportunities to serve locally. One of the main on-going ministries is the Low German church ministry that has been going for 3 ½ years. We were especially blessed to start this year with a baptism and communion service for a young couple. Just spending time with them in discipleship classes, and watching them grow in their new faith, was really exciting. Praise the Lord for His work in the hearts of people everywhere.
Another great blessing for us as a church group was being able to purchase a property in Gnadenthal, Manitoba, for our services. The previous church group had disbanded, and they offered this property to us at a great price. Through the strong financial support from many individuals and churches, etc., God provided the necessary funding to make the downpayment. Praise the Lord!
Besides this, we put on various music programs, and had lots of opportunities to connect with supporters and friends.
On top of all of that, we still made good progress on numerous writing/printing projects, such as the Bible story coloring book 3, the next devotional book, another song book, and the next Sunday School book in the preschool series.

LOOKING AHEAD
What’s coming in the next three months
Looking ahead, we are excited about several ministry invitations, and that means a busy summer of traveling, mostly to the west.
We are also looking ahead to next winter when, Lord willing, we shall go on another Low German Sail and Sing ocean cruise. The ministry opportunities on the previous cruise were so many and so good, that the organizers convinced us to go on another cruise. Our prayers remain for God to do amazing things as He draws people to Himself. We also pray that God will show us the opportunities so that we can sing and speak exactly what people need to hear so that they can grow in their walk with God.

Mark’s Remarks
Hi everyone! It’s been a busy start to the year. Maria and I are so thankful for the prayers, encouragement, and financial support from all of you. It’s a blessing to now be able to work in this ministry together. Maria is becoming more and more involved and once the finances are in place for her, she intends to join on an official basis. We pray that it will be soon! Here are some of the jobs that have kept me busy so far this year:
- Promo videos for the upcoming Low German Sail and Sing Cruise, including filming interviews, editing etc.
- Lyric videos for the Low German Church
- Making PowerPoints of the Sinj Froo 2 Songbook
- Helping along in the Low German Church
- Working on more children’s activity books
- Practicing with Maria and the rest of the team for upcoming events
- Editing Jason’s song videos for his upcoming album
- Performing at local events

Nikki’s Notes
I started off 2026 by taking a few months of medical leave. In January, my husband and I travelled to Virginia to have surgery for 2 rare vascular compressions. The surgery went very well, but recovery is a slow process. The last few months have been spent resting and recovering. I am set to start back on my usual admin tasks in April. Thank you to everyone who has prayed and supported us during this time. We greatly appreciate it.

Jason’s Journal
Over the past six months it feels like life has just gotten busier; I must finally be a full-fledged adult! Aside from all our live events, I have been hard at work on recording music, with bass guitar and drums recorded for all 10 songs on the album, and 7 songs completed on piano and acoustic guitar. I hope to have most or all the instruments recorded before the busy travel season this summer; we’ll see how far we get! Another big project has been gearing up for the Low German cruise next February; promoting the event and helping people with signup. Thank you all for the support and encouragement.

- Wisdom to use all our resources wisely, for God’s glory.
- For God to raise up more workers for His harvest fields.
